ref. BUS-CO-15742106 OverviewAs a Product Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, user satisfaction, and overall excellence in our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, identify areas for enhancement, and champion the delivery of exceptional products that meet or exceed customer expectations. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, product knowledge, and a keen focus on user experience to contribute to the overall success of our products.
ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes for product development.Conduct thorough testing of products to identify and address bugs, defects, and performance issues.Collaborate with development teams to establish and enhance testing protocols.Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to implement enhancements that align with user needs and expectations.Monitor and analyze key product metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to product excellence.Facilitate communication between teams to address product-related issues and drive continuous improvement.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product excellence processes, standards, and best practices.Generate regular reports on product quality, performance, and user experience metrics.Provide training and support to cross-functional teams on product excellence methodologies and best practices.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in product development to inform continuous improvement efforts.Identify potential risks to product quality and customer satisfaction, and work proactively to mitigate these risks.Develop and implement strategies for minimizing the impact of unforeseen issues on product excellence.Performs other related duties as assigned.QualificationsAdvanced English Level required.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).Proven experience in product quality assurance, user experience optimization, or a related role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.#IN-ALIL
