Assistant Business Control Manager

BUS-CO-15713340 Retail Operation Control and Financial Review Prepare and analyses Macau management reports (weekly sales report, P&L actual, expense reports, etc)Partner with accounting team on actual monthly process - provide monthly accruals, cost allocation, and review journal entriesCheck in SAP POs and BW system to ensure proper expense booking before month-end closingProvide analytical and support on luxury market environment (competitor market updates, tourists arrivals and spending analysis, etc.)Collaborate with Macau stores and functions on expense control and variance analysis, assist the monitoring of store deposits statusCollaborate with Macau stores to ensure operational and internal control are implemented according to company's guidelines (inventory management, sales monitoring, vendor management, etc.)To follow up purchase requisitions, invoices, petty cash expenses approvalBuild financial models and perform ad-hoc analysis per management requestFinancial Budgets and forecasts Support and assist in Macau budgets and forecasts detailed working filesReview and get details on functional department' budgets and forecasts submissionsCoordinate and monitor Macau budget/forecasts timeline and submission among departmentsProfileMinimum 5 years or above financial/analytics experiencees, preferably in retail industryDegree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, with a recognized professional qualification will be an advantageFluent in both written and spoken English and ChineseExcellent analytical, audit management, supervisory and administrative skillsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills, has the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verballyAdditional informationWe offer attractive remuneration and career opportunities to the right candidate.
